Sandy Hoffman-Adler is an accomplished academic professional with extensive experience in health sciences education. Serving as the Dean and Professor at Monroe University from September 2012 to August 2024, Sandy taught a wide array of undergraduate and graduate courses including Anatomy and Physiology, Epidemiology, and Public Health Nutrition, while also advising Master's thesis projects in Public Health. Prior to this role, Sandy held the position of Associate Dean and Assistant Professor at Touro College and taught Biology at Hunter College. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Biochemistry from Hunter College and a BS in Biology from Brooklyn College.
