Monroe Community Hospital is one of the largest and most comprehensive skilled nursing facilities in New York State, providing quality long-term care to more than 566 individuals with complex or chronic health conditions. We are home to residents of all ages, from infants as young as eight weeks to adults more than one hundred years old, and we take pride in the fact that we have been providing quality care to members of our community for more than 190 years.
