William Hilliker

William Hilliker, Ph.D., is an experienced educator and professional with a background in technology and information assurance. Currently serving as a CTE Instructor in Cyber Security and Programming at Monroe High School since September 2022, William has also held various academic positions at Monroe County Community College since August 2007, including roles as Professor and Associate Professor. Prior experience includes teaching positions at Baker College and Wayne State University, as well as roles in business analysis and project coordination at NLMI and Henry Ford Health System. William holds a Ph.D. in Technology, Information Assurance from Eastern Michigan University and has additional degrees in MBA Marketing Research and Management, MSCIS Software Development, and BAA in Commercial Recreation. Courses taught encompass a broad range of computer and business subjects, establishing a strong foundation in digital literacy and system management.
