Kate Hall, CSME has a diverse and extensive professional background in marketing and education. Kate began their career at Eastern Michigan University in 2010, where they worked as a Lecturer. In 2011, they took on an Adjunct Instructor role at Monroe County Community College. In 2012, they joined Monroe Community Credit Union as a Marketing Coordinator, then became a Marketing Manager, and ultimately a Vice President of Strategic Management and Vice President of Marketing and Community Relations. In this role, they worked to define, implement, and manage the credit union's marketing strategies for optimal performance and results, as established by their strategic plan. Kate also attended and spoke at professional functions to strengthen the credit union's brand and position within their business community.

Kate Hall, CSME obtained their Associate's Degree in Associates of Science from Monroe County Community College in 2006-2007. Kate then attended Eastern Michigan University from 2007-2009, earning their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Marketing. Kate continued their studies at Eastern Michigan University from 2009-2011, completing a degree in Communication. In July 2019, they obtained their Certified Strategic Marketing Executive certification from CUES.
