Nichole Dandron

Nichole Dandron has worked in various roles in the mortgage and banking industry since 2006. Nichole began their career as a Store Manager at Blockbuster in 2006, where they were in charge of day-to-day operations. In 2012, they joined Monroe Bank & Trust as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Assistant Branch Manager. In 2019, they moved to First Merchants Corporation as a Mortgage Consultant Officer, where they increased the mortgage loan portfolio by developing business contacts and completing mortgage loan processing and closing. In 2021, they joined Union Home Mortgage Corp. as a Mortgage Loan Officer and is currently working as a Mortgage Lending Manager at Monroe Community Credit Union since 2022.

Nichole Dandron attended Eastern Michigan University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in English Language and Literature, General.
