Justin Moore

Justin Moore, MPA, serves as the Director of Information Technology at Monroe County Water Authority since January 2021. Prior to this role, Justin held several positions at Monroe County, including Deputy Chief Information Officer and Deputy Director, where responsibilities included management of customer service, telecom operations, applications support, and business analysis. Justin's career in IT management began at Rel Comm Inc. from October 2005 to March 2009. Educational achievements include a Master of Public Administration from SUNY Brockport (2016-2020), a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from SUNY Brockport (2003-2005), and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Monroe Community College (2000-2003).
