Cole Rightley

Cole Rightley is an experienced professional in program coordination and management, currently serving as the Director of Youth and Family Programs at Monroe County YMCA since October 2024. Previously, Cole held multiple roles at the Town of Plainfield from October 2021 to October 2024, including Program Supervisor and Program Coordinator, overseeing a variety of youth, adult, and senior programs. Prior to that, Cole worked at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis as a Cross Country, Track and Soccer Coordinator, as well as a Sports Activity Leader. Additionally, Cole managed the footwear department at DICK'S Sporting Goods from November 2018 to October 2021. Cole holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington, obtained in 2019.
