Ade Badru

Ade Badru is a highly experienced electrical engineer with a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rowan University, obtained between 2008 and 2012. Current role as Senior Electrical Engineer at Monroe Energy, LLC began in October 2022, following a position as Desulfurizer/Ether Area Superintendent at PBF Energy from May 2022 to November 2022. Prior to these roles, Ade served as South Plant Maintenance Supervisor at Delaware City Refining Company from January 2021 to May 2022, and held multiple positions at Paulsboro Refining Company LLC from July 2011 to December 2020, including Electric Shop Superintendent and Maintenance Superintendent/Execution Manager, specializing in routine maintenance execution and budget control for FCC-HF Alkylation & Utilities Complexes. Earlier experience includes serving as a Unit Operator at Valero Energy Corporation from September 2006 to July 2011, focusing on daily operations of the FCC-Alkylation Complex.
