Kassy W. has extensive experience in employee benefits and payroll management, currently serving as the People & Organization Benefits Lead at Monroe Energy, LLC since March 2014. In this role, Kassy oversees employee benefits administration, including retirement plans, medical benefits, and wellness programs, while managing the 401k plan and coordinating the annual open enrollment process. Prior to this position, Kassy held roles as a Benefits & Payroll Analyst and Payroll Specialist, where responsibilities included case management for disability claims, processing payroll data, and administering the Tuition Reimbursement Program.
