Michael Degennaro

Michael DeGennaro currently serves as a Security Coordinator at Monroe Group Ltd. since August 2021. Prior to this role, Michael DeGennaro held various positions in the United States Air Force from March 2014 to August 2021. These roles included Flight Chief, where management of over 60 personnel in daily physical security and law enforcement operations was key, and Investigator, which involved conducting investigations related to government property loss and providing documentation for accountability. Additionally, as Project Manager, Michael DeGennaro oversaw the upgrade of the Base Defense Operations Center to enhance incident management. As Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Training, supervision of training for law enforcement and security functions and the development of extensive lesson plans were vital responsibilities.
