Evelyn Tidman Phr

Evelyn Tidman, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple decades. Evelyn began their career in 1983 at The Salvation Army, where they served as a Minister until 1996. In 1997, they joined RSI - Residential Services, Inc. as a Systems Administrator, where they worked until 2009. Since 2009, Evelyn has been associated with Monroe Harding, Inc., initially as the Director of Human Resources and currently as the Director of Operations. Their extensive experience in both HR and operations makes their a valuable asset to any organization.

Evelyn Tidman, PHR, SHRM-CP, graduated from Asbury University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Christian Ministries. Evelyn then attended The Salvation Army School for Officer's Training from 1989 to 1991, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period. Evelyn has also obtained additional certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in April 2015 and the SHRM-CP from SHRM in March 2015.
