Jill Parker is a highly experienced Human Resources professional with over three decades in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Monroe Plan for Medical Care since October 2011, Jill has also held the position of HR Generalist. Prior to this, Jill was the Benefits & Payroll Manager at Ultralife Corporation for a brief period in 2011 and served as the Corporate Benefits Manager at Sutherland Global Services from August 1991 to June 2010. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Economics from Nazareth University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Monroe Community College.

For over 50 years, Monroe Plan for Medical Care, a not-for-profit health care services organization, has been focused on improving the health status of individuals and families who are recipients of government sponsored health insurance.
