Terrie Mills has over a decade of experience in law enforcement communication and training. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant in the Training Division at Monroe Police Department since April 2011, Mills holds a General Instructor certification from the North Carolina Justice Academy and is certified by the SBI to teach DCI Module 1, as well as being a trainer for CJLEADS and the LINX program. Prior to this role, Mills worked for Matthews Police Department from March 2001 to March 2011 as a Telecommunicator, where responsibilities included answering calls, entering information into the CAD system, and dispatching officers. Terrie Mills studied at South Piedmont Community College from 2002 to 2003.
