Ken also held the position of Parts Department Manager at Monroe Tractor & Implement Co. Additionally, Ken worked as a collision repair estimator and NYS licensed adjuster at Nu-Look Collision Centers from January 2006 to March 2007. Prior to this, Ken owned and operated Great Lakes Lawncare & Snowplowing from 1996 to 2001 and worked in pre-press at Monroe Litho and Flower City Printing from 1993 to 1996 and 1985 to 1993, respectively. Ken completed education at Greece Arcadia High School from 1978 to 1981.

Monroe Tractor provides new and used equipment sales, rental, service, parts and product support for the agriculture and construction industries throughout New York and New England and are the construction and agricultural equipment distributor for Case, Wirtgen Group, Leeboy, and Case IH, Claas, and Krause. Founded in 1951 by Henry Hansen, Monroe Tractor started as a one-machine business out of a small cinder block building. Time passed and industries evolved--and we evolved with them, keeping ahead of new technologies and equipment, and becoming WBE certified in 2014. We now have 18 locations across 4 states, but our central focus hasn't changed.
