Gabriela Chavez

Gabriela Chavez has extensive experience in educational and childcare settings, currently serving as a Clerical Assistant II at Monrovia Unified School District since July 2017. Previously, Gabriela worked as a Day Care Specialist at Arcadia Unified School District from February 1999 to December 2016, where responsibilities included planning and supervising before and after school programs. Earlier in their career, Gabriela also held the position of Associate Teacher at Mt. San Antonio College Child Development Center from 1999 to 2001, assisting in the care of infants and toddlers. Gabriela holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development from Mt. San Antonio College and pursued further education at the University of La Verne from 2003 to 2005, along with completing coursework at Monrovia Community Adult School in 2016.
