Renee Topp is a skilled product developer currently employed at Mons Royale, where responsibilities include the creation and execution of high-performance merino wool garments, managing product fittings, and overseeing techpack development. Previously at HUFFER, Renee held positions as a Junior Designer, Garment Technician Assistant, and Student Intern, contributing to design development, technical aspects of garment production, and quality assurance. Additionally, Renee worked as a Sewing Tutor at Thread Room, providing instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels. Renee holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Auckland University of Technology.

Mons Royale work with some of action sports top athletes as well as sponsor global events including Crankworx and the Freeride World Tour allowing us to showcase our unique brand of high performance merino wool to the rest of the world. With our head office located in the Southern Alps of New Zealand and a brand-new office in Innsbruck, Austria we’re sticking to our values of driving a local brand from mountain towns around the world and its enabling us to attract some amazing employees and build a business based what it’s really all about.
