Shaima AlGhamdi is a versatile professional with extensive experience in technology and entrepreneurship. Currently a Founding Member at PLAYBOOK and an Innovation Specialist at MonshaatSA, Shaima also serves as the Founder and CEO of Flawless, an all-in-one platform leveraging AI and psychology for personal and career discovery. With prior roles as a Software Engineer at both SAFCSP and Itruck Company, Shaima has a strong technical background and has contributed significantly to training and mentoring programs at Tuwaiq Academy and Women Techmakers.
