Shekhar Badve is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience as the Founder Director of Lokus Design Pvt Ltd since June 2002, where responsibilities include design thinking, brand innovation, and systems design. In addition to leading the company's strategic consulting and global operations as Director of Strategy & Marketing, Badve is committed to delivering impactful design solutions and driving organizational growth. Since September 2015, Shekhar Badve has served as Director at Monsoonfish Inc., specializing in UX and UI design. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduation in Industrial Design from the National Institute of Design, a PG Diploma in Operations Management from AIIMS, a Post Diploma in Plastic Mould Design from CIPET, and a Diploma in Tool Design from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
