Eva Lilja

Eva Lilja (Normen) has extensive experience in product development and regulatory affairs within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Regulatory, Product and Package Development at Monster Energy since June 2007, Eva oversees global product launches and the commercialization of the complete energy portfolio. Previous roles include Vice President of New Product Development and Project Manager to the president, where responsibility included product launches and formula management. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior R&D Engineer at Nancy's Specialty Foods and a Post Graduate Researcher at the University of California, Davis. Eva holds multiple degrees in Food Engineering, Food Technology and Processing, and an MBA in International Marketing from respected institutions, including Santa Clara University and Lund University.
