Kelly M Carpenter

Kelly M Carpenter has extensive experience in security and law enforcement, currently serving as Corporate Security Manager at Monster Energy since June 2022 and as Adjunct Professor at Norco College since August 2018. As the Owner and Founder of THE HaRM GROUP, LLC since October 2022, Kelly specializes in engineering and consulting. Additionally, a consultant and instructor at American Tactical Defense, LLC since October 2022, previous roles include a Lieutenant with the Brea Police Department for over 22 years, along with experience as a Deputy Sheriff and Correctional Officer. Kelly holds a Master of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Management from Union Institute & University, along with an Executive Certificate in Counter Terrorism from the University of Southern California.
