Shannon Kobus has extensive experience in industrial and organizational psychology, currently serving as the Manager of I/O Psychology Services at Monster Government Solutions since January 2010. In this role, Shannon oversees the Monster Assessment product, focusing on compliance with federal regulations and providing guidance on assessment usage and best practices. Previously, Shannon held various positions at HumRRO, including Senior I/O Psychologist and Research Scientist, where job analysis and assessment development were primary responsibilities. Shannon's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Statistics Minor from James Madison University.
