Tom Sparks is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex projects for federal government organizations. Since November 2013, Tom has been with Monster Government Solutions, focusing on project planning and delivery of applicant tracking systems and HR software solutions, including managing federal contracts valued between $2M and $6M. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Project Manager at IPT Associates, collaborating with the Veterans Benefits Administration to implement new policies and procedures. Tom's career began at Iron Horse Computers, Inc., where responsibilities included account management and procurement. Tom holds a degree from the University of Mary Washington with studies in Biology, Computer Applications, Linguistics, Sociology, Mathematics, Literature, and Graphic Design.
