Kelly M. has over 15 years of professional experience in the recruitment and technology industries. Kelly began their career in 2005 as a Senior Technical Recruiter/ Team Leader- UK for Huxley Associates. In 2008, they moved to Advantage Fitness Products, where they worked as the Executive Assistant/ Client Services Manager. In 2010, Kelly M. joined Aerotek as a Regional Technical Recruiter. Kelly then co-founded Monster Technology, LLC in 2012, where they served as the company's Co-Founder. Most recently, Kelly M. has been the Chief People Officer at Monster VoIP since 2017.
