Bill Wardell

Bill Wardell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management, operations, and real estate development. Currently serving as Owner and General Manager of Monster Tree Service of Omaha since May 2019, Bill has previously held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations at GreenSlate Management, where oversight included 450+ units, and Vice President at both White Lotus Group and Waitt Company, focusing on asset management and real estate. Bill's earlier career involved construction management and program management at ECI Development Services and Level 3 Communications, respectively.
