Igor Holas is a Staff Data Scientist at Monta, where they focus on delivering innovative data products. With over a decade of experience in data wrangling, statistical modeling, and machine learning, they have also held key roles at numerous organizations including Inviso by Devoteam and Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin. Igor co-founded Mentegram, a healthcare technology startup, where they led operations and product development to improve clinical monitoring. They earned a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin, enriching their expertise in both data science and business strategy.
