Andrew Flor

Andrew Flor, MBA, serves as Vice President of Corporate Insurance & Risk Management at Montage International since January 2017, overseeing insurance and claims litigation management across various sectors including hotels, resorts, and restaurants. Prior to this role, Andrew co-founded FIRMA powered by RLPSA and contributed as a Board Member from May 2011 to January 2019, focusing on risk management within the non-profit sector. Prior positions include Corporate Director of Risk Management at Montage Hotels & Resorts and Director of Risk Management at Vallarta Supermarkets and Real Mex Restaurants, where Andrew specialized in insurance claims across diverse industries. Andrew's career began at The Walt Disney Company, working as a Sr. Guest Claims Administrator. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of La Verne. Andrew also completed the Disney Management Development Program in 1990.
