Christian Oles CLSD has over 30 years of work experience in safety and security roles. Christian is currently serving as the Corporate Safety and Security Director for Montage International. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Safety and Security at Montage Palmetto Bluff, Director of Security and Loss Prevention at Enchantment Resort and Mii amo, Director of Security at The MODERN Honolulu, and Director of Safety and Security at Waikoloa Beach Resort and Spa. Christian also has experience in law enforcement as a Senior Police Officer at Park City Police and as a Police Officer at Salt Lake City Airport Police. Christian has a strong background in implementing safety and security programs, crisis management plans, and loss prevention measures.

Christian Oles CLSD earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Security Management from the American Public University System from 2008 to 2015. Before that, from 1994 to 1996, Christian studied Fire Science at the Community College of Southern Nevada. In 2001, Christian completed a program at the Peace Officer Standards and Training for Police Officer training. In addition to these qualifications, Christian also obtained several certifications, including Wilderness First Aid Trainer from the American Red Cross in 2012, Certified Lodging Security Director from the American Hotel and Lodging Association in 2011, Open Water Life Guarding from the American Red Cross in 2007, and First Aid, CPR, AED from the American Red Cross in 2001.
