Derek started their career at The Ritz-Carlton as a Front Desk Agent and gradually progressed through different positions.
Derek Lescrinier received a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Johnson & Wales University between 2000 and 2004. Additionally, they also obtained an Associate of Science degree in Hotel Management with a concentration in Casino Management during the same time period and from the same institution.
