Jessica Yao

Jessica Yao has over 15 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Jessica is currently serving as the Cluster Director of Revenue Management for Montage International, overseeing the Southern California region. Previously, they held the same role for the Mountain region. Prior to their current position, Jessica worked as a Corporate Revenue Manager for Montage International. Before joining Montage, they worked for Montage Hotels & Resorts, where they served as a Revenue Manager and a Guest Reception Manager. Jessica also gained experience as a Front Office Supervisor and in Guest Reception. Jessica began their career as a Finance Intern at The Westin St. Francis San Francisco on Union Square and later worked as a Backwaiter at P.F. Chang's China Bistro. Additionally, they have experience in the food and beverage industry with Marriott Vacation Club International and in accounts receivable with Olivet International.

Jessica Yao has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Jessica has also obtained additional certifications in Advanced Hospitality Revenue Management: Pricing and Demand Strategies from Cornell University and CRME from HSMAI.
