Joshua Hecht has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and business development. Joshua currently works as the Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition and DE&I at Montage International, where they oversee talent acquisition strategy and leads the creation of internship programs. Prior to that, they were the Global Recruitment Manager at Royal Caribbean Group, managing recruitment for various departments and implementing recruitment initiatives. Joshua began their career as a Senior Recruiter at COMSYS, specializing in recruitment and business development in various industries.

Joshua Hecht completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminal Justice from Kean University from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended John Jay College (CUNY) from 2001 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Criminal Justice.
