General Manager And Corporate Director, Social Impact at Montage International

Juan Webster has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Juan started their career as a Guest Services Agent/Overnight Laundry at Extended Stay America in 2002. Juan then worked as a Management Trainee at Marriott Houston West Loop and later became an Assistant General Manager at Laquinta Suites.

In 2006, Juan joined The Umstead Hotel and Spa as an Operations Manager and stayed there until 2008. Juan then joined Interstate Hotels & Resorts and took on various roles such as Rooms Division Manager at Hilton Durham near Duke University, Director of Rooms at Sheraton Baltimore City Center, Director of Operations at Sheraton Baltimore City Center, and General Manager at Baltimore Harbor Hotel.

Juan transitioned to Crescent Hotels & Resorts in 2015, where they worked as the General Manager at Radisson Baltimore Downtown-Inner Harbor. After two years, they joined Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants as a General Manager.

Most recently, Juan Webster has been part of Montage International since 2019. Juan initially served as the General Manager and later became the General Manager and Corporate Director of Social Impact, a role they currently hold.

Juan Webster attended North Carolina Central University from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Hospitality and Tourism Administration. Earlier, from 1997 to 2002, they pursued Sociology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition, Juan obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
