Vitalia Arias

Vitalia Arias has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, primarily focusing on engineering and management roles. Vitalia currently holds the position of Corporate Director of Engineering, East Coast and Caribbean at Montage International, a role they have been in since January 2024. Prior to this, Vitalia served as the Director of Engineering at Pendry Hotels & Resorts from May 2020 to December 2023. Vitalia also held a similar position at Montage Hotels & Resorts from April 2019 to May 2020. Before joining Montage, Vitalia worked as the Engineering Manager at The Setai, Miami Beach from October 2010 to April 2019. Vitalia began their career as a Management intern at InterContinental Miami Hotel from May 2008 to October 2010.

Vitalia Arias received a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business from Saint-Petersburg University of Engineering and Economics from 2006 to 2009. Vitalia also obtained an Associate's degree in Hospitality from Luxury Attitude Academy in Paris, France in 2018. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Design from Saint-Petersburg Academy of Design from 2006 to 2009.
