Nia Patel

Nia Patel currently serves as Vice President and Investor at Montage Ventures since May 2023 and holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, teaching Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital. Previously, Nia was an Early-Stage Investor at BOLD Capital Partners and spent over five years at PeerStreet as Director, where the focus was on democratizing access to real estate debt through high-yield, short-term real estate-backed loans. Nia's earlier experience includes roles as Manager and Senior Real Estate Analyst at Morgan Stanley and a Financial Analyst position. Nia’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Math, and Marketing from Pepperdine University and a Master of Science in Applied Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Early education includes GCE Advanced Level from Brentwood School in the UK.
