With over 30 years of experience in town centre retail and leisure assets, Adrian is a trusted advisor and consultant with market-leading knowledge and expertise. Working strategically across the town centre space Adrian has also transacted over 60 shopping centre investments with a value of over £3 billion. In the last 5 years at Montagu Evans, he has been instructed on approximately 20 schemes.
Prior to joining Montagu Evans, Adrian was lead director of UK Retail Investment at JLL following the acquisition of the UK’S leading specialist retail practice Churston Heard- where he was also Head of Investment.
