Andrew Ludiman

Andrew has recently joined Montagu Evans after spending 10 years working for publicly listed and privately owned development and investment businesses in London, working on large scale housing led regeneration projects.

In these organisations, he was a highly motivated and creative investment executive gaining extensive board level experience in the creation and operation of new commercial and residential real estate opportunities and businesses.

Andrew leads the firm’s Residential Capital Markets and Land team, which focus on all forms of residential accommodation, including PBSA, co-living, BTR, affordable housing, senior/assisted living and single-family housing. He works towards creating a collaborative residential and development offer to assist clients in maximising and realising the value of their assets.
