Annie Wilkins

Annie specialises in non-domestic rating appeals and liability consultancy for occupiers. Annie works within the occupier stream of the rating department and provides rating valuation and liability advice to both public and private sector clients in the health, retail, office, industrial and leisure sectors.

She ensures that each client, on each of their properties isn’t paying more in business rates than is necessary. Annie advises clients where rateable values should be reduced, follows the check, challenge, appeal (CCA) procedure and presents cases at Valuation Tribunal England where appropriate.

She ensures that all clients benefit from reliefs which are available to them and mitigates business rates liability if empty vacant properties are being held. With Annie’s background, she specialises in advising retailers and health care providers but enjoys working on mixed portfolios.
