Chloe Saunter

Chloe is a Chartered Town Planner with expertise in planning and development across London and the South East. She advises clients on a range of projects across both public and private sectors specialising in the housing sector. These projects include complex issues which require close working with the local planning authority and key stakeholders.

Chloe project manages planning instructions and provides her clients with comprehensive planning advice to help navigate them through the process. Her approach to projects is based upon a collaborative working relationship to ensure that client requirements are fully considered and solutions are agreed collectively to meeting these.

Her responsibilities involve strategic planning advice, the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals, co-ordination of negotiation of legal agreements and advising on CIL
