Chris Keen

Chris is one of the few specialists in the market who solely advises landlord’s on their supermarket assets. Chris has over 15 years’ experience dealing with supermarket rent reviews, lease renewals, rental valuations and lease restructures. He also provides independent advice on prospective supermarket sales/purchases.

He acts as an Expert Witness on supermarket rent review and lease renewal disputes and holds Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in addition to his Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Chris is also Montagu Evans Diversity & Inclusion committee lead and champion.
