Gary has over 30 years of experience across all types of property in terms of valuation and lease advisory matters and has acted as an Expert Witness in Tribunal and Court matters.
Gary specialises in commercial property valuations with a particular focus on the valuation of specialist assets; he is a joint author of the current RICS Guidance for the Depreciated Replacement Cost Method of Valuation for Financial Reporting, 1st edition, November 2018.
Gary oversees extensive and often complex valuation work for both the private and public sectors. In addition to his wide-ranging valuation experience, Gary’s knowledge of valuation requirements and financial reporting standards means clients can be sure property valuations and advice will be correctly assessed and reported.
