Graham Allison

Associate, Planning at Montagu Evans

Graham has over 15 years’ experience in town planning having worked in local authority, development control and private practice. He advises on a wide range of central London development projects, including offices, residential and hotel schemes.

Bringing a sound understanding of the internal processes of local government, Graham advises on planning strategies to secure planning permissions, which are often unencumbered by onerous requirements conditions and/or obligations.

His work focuses on the Borough of Westminster advising on development projects for developers, landowners and private organisations. These have included the redevelopment of Grade II listed buildings for conversion to residential, the redevelopment of a site to provide purpose built medical consulting rooms and town planning advice on the regeneration of a city block.
