Howard has over 18 years of experience working with NHS clients and assisting them with rationalisation programs of surplus land and buildings. His work on housing schemes, care homes, senior living developments and key worker housing has given him an understanding of the key value drivers in these sectors.

Often taking projects through from cradle to completion for NHS clients, Howard has a unique and unrivalled in-depth experience of the NHS; understanding their needs for delivering the best value in accordance with the NHS estate code.

Howard is an RICS Registered Valuer and has previously authored Estate Strategies as well as inputting into the outline and full business cases supporting the disposal of NHS land and buildings.
