Montagu Evans
Ivan is a Senior Surveyor within the Development Advisory team, specialising in providing detailed development, valuation and disposal advice to a wide variety of private and public sector clients across London and the South East.
Ivan has over 5 years experience working within the development sector having graduated from the University of Reading with a BSc Hons degree in Real Estate before qualifying as a Chartered Member of the RICS.
Before joining Montagu Evans, Ivan previously worked at Glenny and Bidwells where he acted on the behalf of private landowners and institutions in providing marketing and disposal advice for residential development sites across the South East and Eastern Counties.
