Jack is a RICS registered valuer with 4+ years experience in residential valuation and consultancy advising on a range of valuation aspects. These have included, but are not limited to, Red Book loan security valuations of residential property including anything from single assets up to large scale mixed-used developments.
He advises funders, developers, house builders, housing associations and public sector bodies with a focus on their residential-led valuation challenges.
