James Ainsworth

James is a Chartered Town Planner in the Housing and Land team, having joined Montagu Evans as a graduate in 2018 and now has over four years of experience in planning and development.

He works with a range of clients across multiple sectors, both inside and outside London, with the aim of adding value to their assets. This includes providing valuation, viability and planning advice throughout all stages of the planning and development process.

James has worked on both residential and office developments, as well as large-scale mixed-use schemes that that are delivered over a prolonged period. This experience includes EIA development and/or tall buildings where there are a variety of complex issues that need to be overcome.
