James is in the Residential Valuation Advisory team and advises private and public sector clients on viability and development consultancy.
He is a RICS Registered Valuer, and his skill set includes providing financial viability and delivery advice in relation to residential and mixed-use development land. This includes preparing Financial Viability Assessments to demonstrate the level of affordable housing and other financial contributions a development can support.
James’ work includes financial modelling, proposed residential and mixed-use development schemes, as well as assessing the existing use value of development sites.
His general consultancy advice comprises a number of development matters including valuation, development appraisals, market analysis, land acquisition and disposal and value engineering, in order to provide clients with solutions to complex development problems.
