Jonny Sharp

Working within development and valuation consultancy, Jonny specialises in providing valuation advice across large scale strategic residential sites, as well as other property types including commercial and alternative assets, from both an investment and development opportunity perspective.

Jonny advises both public and private organisations on valuation and development matters to assist with bank financing, acquisitions, disposals and general consultancy. His client base includes institutions, land promoters and developers, public and private landowners and charitable organisations.

As a RICS Registered Valuer, Jonny works with landowners in relation to the promotion and development of land, assisting with High Court proceedings and Expert Witness evidence.

In addition, to the provision of capital and rental valuations, Jonny provides advice in respect of both development and landlord and tenant matters in the leisure and hotel sector.
