Katie Seabourne

Katie is an Associate in the Valuation Advisory team qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer in 2016.

Katie has experience in valuing commercial and residential property for both private and public sector clients.

She has advised on valuations for a variety of purposes including loan security and financial accounts and is primarily focused on public sector valuations, including specialist valuations for financial reporting.

Katie works within the Healthcare Sector and sits on the Montagu Evans Healthcare Steering Group.

Katie also works with the Local Authority valuation team providing HRA and affordable housing valuation advice.
