Laura Stamboulieh

Laura is a partner and leads the public estate strategy team. She ensures that the deployment of public estate meets corporate, organisational, occupational and regeneration (place-based) priorities. She is experienced in complex projects involving diverse public and private sector stakeholders, wide-ranging asset classes and spanning multiple geographies.

Laura has dedicated the past 28 years of her professional career to working with local government, central government, and health and blue light organisations. Her knowledge of the sectors has led to a specific interest in collaboration. She has become a leading One Public Estate advisor to local authority-led partnerships developing public estate collaboration programmes and funding applications to secure public and private sector funding to enable delivery.

She is highly skilled at translating her client’s business objectives into bespoke solutions. She adopts a holistic approach to her work always seeing the ‘big picture’ to inform considered and robust business to support her clients to make the best decisions.
