Lisa Proudfoot

Lisa joined the Montagu Evans Planning team in 2015 having worked in various Local Planning Authorities across Scotland. Lisa has over 7 years’ experience in planning consultancy across all aspects of planning, heritage, and urban design, with particular expertise in providing planning advice in respect to alternative living, student accommodation and mixed use developments.

She provides clients with strategic tailored planning advice, and also brings expertise in relation to the Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) process and stakeholder consultation, including coordinating and undertaking statutory PAC and non-statutory consultations, and providing advice on initial strategy and appraisals, including EIA Screening and Scoping, and input to EIA reports, and the planning appeals process.

Lisa has volunteered for the Royal Town Planning Institute throughout her planning career both as a Corporate Member on the Scottish Executive Committee and Past Chair of the Scottish Young Planners. Lisa continues to be an assessor for RTPI APC.
