ucy is a Senior Surveyor in the Development Advisory Team at Montagu Evans.

Lucy specialises in development consultancy, development land agency, estate regeneration and strategic land with a particular emphasis on advising public and private sector clients on the disposal of residential development land.

She also provides development consultancy to a range of clients, advising on disposal strategies, partner procurement, optimising delivery, market analysis, development appraisals and valuation of residential development land.

Lucy has a wide range of experience and has advised on projects that vary in terms of scale and complexity.
